Die Ferienwohnung ist gut eingerichtet. Alles sauber und ordentlich, alles funktionierte. Kleiner Mangel: Kaffeemaschine fehlte.

Location is great -stunning view -access to the super Punta hotel swimming pool and gym -the flat has a nice garden with 180º view on the sea -nice deco , fourniture and beds -much better than what we usually find in Croatia but it can be dark -ground floor .Since prices have been almost doubled in 5 years , you can expect something better : no one shows you the flat -not welcome drink , not even a bottle of water , no documentation or explanation -only a small paper handwritten wifi code -let’s go to the kitchen -5 people can sleep there but only 4 forks , knives etc -which makes that you use the dishwasher after each lunch -kitchen have to be left open in the low season to avoid the smell du to humidity -toilet flush needs to be fixed since 4 years ,a roll was missing on the lowest dishwasher basket , the small wine cellar is out of order but would make sense to replace it by a microwave -a door of the external cupboard was missing - rusted drying rack makes stains on the external floor -and the garden swing/seat on the side is totally destroyed Conclusion this is super nice anyway but maintenance is needed and owners should pay attention to this -Val agency answers very quickly per mail for any question.
