Lubenice
Lubenice was created on the site of the Roman settlement of Hibernicia. The name comes from the Latin adjective Hibernum "winter", which refers to the fact that the place is located on a cliff and in winter exposed to strong winds, it was very cold. The settlement was surrounded by defensive walls, the remains of which can still be seen today. A beautiful viewpoint overlooking the Istrian peninsula.
